John D Hastings, Inc., Commercial Real Estate of Westport announces the following recent lease transactions:

 1)      Christopher Maglione of Hastings/ in conjunction with David Fugitt of Vidal/Wettenstein, represented the tenant, The Edge Fitness Clubs, who leased retail space of 32,200SF at 2300 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden, CT & 20,200SF at 600 New Haven Ave, Derby, CT.

2)      Christopher Maglione and Dale Thomas, both of Hastings,  represented the Landlord in leasing Retail/Warehouse Units 1 & 2 (totaling 2,800SF) at 35 Danbury Rd, Wilton, CT.

3)      Christopher Maglione, of Hastings,  represented the Tenant, Zero Draft Comfort & Energy, and Vance Taylor/Commercial Real Estate Group represented the Landlord in leasing 3,800SF of Warehouse/Office Space for a 5 year term at 71 Putter Lane, Torrington, CT

4)      Christopher Maglione represented both the Tenant, Triloma Spa & Hair Salon, and the Landlord, Wilton Historical Society, in leasing 1,050SF of unique retail/office space in the former historical Wilton Train Station now located at 146 Danbury Rd.

5)      Christopher Maglione & Arlene Donahue, both of Hastings,  represented the Tenant, Nazuka Dojo, and Dave Gorbach/Colonial Realty represented the Landlord for a 5 year lease renewal for a 1,800SF space located at 338 Commerce Drive, Fairfield, CT.

6)      Lewis Meriwether, of Hastings,  represented the Owner and Sharon Maddern/David Adam Realty represented the Buyer in the Sale of 143 Post Rd. East, Westport, CT

7)      Dale Thomas, of Hastings, represented the Tenant, LBM Systems, Inc., in the leasing of 1,100SF of office space at 2 Stony Hill Rd, Bethel, CT.
